How to Buy?
Every stream features a Buy button, as long as you are in the territory for which we have acquired the rights. These territories will be mentioned on the right side on every performance page.
You will need to register to Sismo/Cultuurticket or login to your account in order to make a purchase. Some free content will be available without the need to register, this will be clearly marked underneath every stream.
By clicking on the “buy button” on every performance page, you will be redirected to the purchase process, which will lead you through every step to buy our registrations.
My Log in won’t work!
Most of our streams require that you are logged into an account before you can go through to the purchase process.
Should you encounter difficulties logging in, please request a reset of your password via the password reset option. You will receive an email that allows you to change your password. This mail might end up in your spam folder, so please do check if it doesn’t end up in your regular inbox.
How to watch and how long?
As soon as you have gone through the purchase process, hosted by our partner cultuurticket.nl, you will end up in your account page where you can see all your purchased video’s. Here you can click on any live purchase and you will be transferred to the stream immediately.
Please note that all our streams are available to you up to 48 hours after purchase. After this time period you will see the stream in ‘past purchases’, and you will no longer be able to watch the stream.
Should you want to watch your stream on another device, you will first need to log into your account, via the button on the right upper side of our site. After which you will end up in the same account page where you can choose your purchases.
My payment won’t go through!
Online payments have multiple levels of security, so please make sure you have filled in all the required information. If you are having problems with Ideal, you might need to contact your bank. If you are still having issues you can contact us at email@example.com
My discount code doesn’t work!
If you have received a discount code via our newsletter or via one of our partners and it does not appear to be working properly, please contact us directly via firstname.lastname@example.org. It might be that the code did not register, or perhaps that you were given a wrong code.
