In case you have forgotten your password you can ask the system to send you an email to your mail address in order to create a new password.
You can enter your mail address in the field where is says “E-mailadres“, after which you can click “VERZEND EMAIL” to request to make a new password.
Should you which to cancel the request to create a new password you can click “ANNULEREN“.
